About Trevor Pennell
I'm based in Bethel, Maine, and I like work that is useful in the real world: fixing technical problems, building websites, setting up systems, and learning enough to keep pushing into better work.
Before going deep on tech and web, I spent over 10 years in customer service and sales — including as a lead customer service agent in a high-volume call center environment. That background shaped how I communicate, handle difficult situations, and actually listen to what people need before jumping to solutions. World-class customer service isn't a soft skill to me — it's something I've practiced at scale.
I'm not trying to make this site sound like a giant studio. It's a personal hub for the mix of things I actually do — web design, IT support, customer-facing roles, and professional projects across Maine and beyond.
